5 Year Warranty Conditions

We are happy to provide a 5 year warranty for the Turbotune DT because of our confidence in our tuning products. Every single Turbotune is tested during programming so you can be assured that you haven't been sent a faulty one.

The Turbotune comes with a 5 year transferable warranty. This warranty covers repair or replacement at our discretion, of the module only.

Transfer to new vehicle

If you wish to transfer the Turbotune to another vehicle it will most probably need reprogramming. The re-programming is free of charge, you only pay return postage of £5.75.

If a new cable is required to fit the new vehicle the cost is £25.75 including return postage and reprogramming.

Transfer to new owner

If you sell the Turbotune to another person please let us have their details so we can continue the warranty.

Repairs

If the Turbotune module has been tampered with, modified, mistreated or damaged through incorrect fitting, there will be a charge for repairing it.

We are confident that our tuning moxes really do work well and we give you 30 days to try our products for two main reasons.

The Turbotune module comes with 9 settings so you should try each one for a few days to see which suits you and your driving style. You'll also have to adapt your driving style to take advantage of the improved torque and change down at lower revs.

Also, many recent ECUs are adaptive and will take some time to adjust to the settings.

We know we can't please all the people all of the time. For some the improvement in economy won't be enough and for other the performance increase won't be enough. We don't claim that you can use the extra performance a lot and still save significant fuel. What we have found from customers and our own experience, is that either the fuel saving is worthwhile when the vehicle is driven as normal, or you can use the extra torque often and suffer little if any increase in consumption.
